Your key responsibilities will be to help troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced by participants during the CASC exam and to help onboard the participants so that they are familiar with the exam delivery platform before the exam.
Full training will be provided but candidates require a high level of IT literacy
During the exam weeks from 11 January – 22 January, Monday-Friday, the IT support staff will be required to provide cover from 8.30am to 6.30pm.
- Willing to work flexible hours on a part time basis from 1 December to 20 December.
- Onboarding times are typically between 11am-3pm and 6pm-9pm Monday to Friday, and 11am-3pm on weekends.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or apprentice interested in developing skills and experience in an IT support role.
