We are currently recruiting for an International Education Officer to work full time, for initially 3 months but could go Temp-perm.
This role is paying a competitive £32,164 per annum, £20 an hour.
Based in Aldgate East/Tower Hill- Hybrid working.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The International Education Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing a range of initiatives designed to support the education, training and professional development of International Medical Graduates who wish to prepare for and sit the College’s Fellowship examinations
Department Administration & Support
- Dealing with in-coming correspondence, including monitoring and where necessary, preparing own correspondence or assisting with the drafting of communications on behalf of the International Manager and Clinical Director of International Activities.
- Organising departmental meetings for the team, with the Clinical Director of International Activities, Vice President of Learning and Director of Learning.
- Organising travel, accommodation and ground transportation for College staff, Honorary Officers and members, volunteers or stakeholders as required.
- Undertake basic financial administration, including processing orders, coding and aligning all expenditure, invoices and expense claims to project budgets or activities, ensuring that appropriate records and evidence is maintained.
- Preparing agendas in conjunction with the Clinical Director of International Activities and the International Manager; dispatching meeting papers in a timely manner and arranging pre-meeting briefings for the chairperson, where appropriate.
- Attending meetings to take minutes and producing draft minutes for approval by the committee/ meeting chairperson.
- Lead on running programmes and initiatives designed to support the education, training and development of IMGs; acting as the main of point of contact.
- Producing, editing and presenting PowerPoint presentations for events and webinars relating to all international education and training
- Experience of developing, coordinating or delivering projects and initiatives.
- Experience of working with and/or providing administrative/ project support to committees, working groups or project boards.
- Experience of writing reports, briefings and information/ guidance documents.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use all Microsoft Office packages, web-based databases and maintaining and updating web pages.
