My client is a prestigious charity who operate on a global scale. They are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Chief Executive's office and support during a period of change. We need somebody to start ASAP and commit on an ongoing basis

Duties will include

  • complex diary management 
  • booking travel and meeting rooms
  • arranging catering for meetings
  • dealing with senior level colleagues

About you

  • previous experience in a PA role 
  • able to manage complex diaries
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience of working with senior level executives would be beneficial
  • able to start immediately within the next week
This is an ongoing temporary role based in central London. You are required to work in office at least 4 days per week
