- Managing a small HR team of 4
- Leading on employee engagement strategy
- Leading on Rewards and Benefits
About you
- strong HR Management experience either gained in a stand-alone role or as part of a team
- demonstrable experience of employee relations is a must
- knowedge of FMCG beneficial
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- able to start immediately
