My client is a fast growing and incrdibly successful food/drink company with a strong brand name.  They have a large brand new site in Enfield and offer a mixture of home and office based work. They are looking for an experience HR Manager to head up a team and report the founder/CEO

Duties will incude

• Taking the lead on employee relations matters
• Managing a small HR team of 4
• Leading on employee engagement strategy
• Leading on Rewards and Benefits

About you

• strong HR Management experience either gained in a stand-alone role or as part of a team
• demonstrable experience of employee relations is a must
• knowedge of FMCG beneficial
• ability to work in a fast paced environment
• able to start immediately
