Duties will involve:
- managing ER cases
- ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date
- reporting on staff turnover, ER cases
- supporting business partners
- strong experience in an HR Adivsor role
- used to handing ER cases and support a fast growing business
- an interest in FMCG sector would be beneficial
- abillity to build strong relationships
- able to start immediately with little or no notice period
