Who will you be working for?
Our Client is a not for profit and well known innovative organisation in the City of London.
What will you be doing?
- Our client is implementing a new HRIS - implementing quite quickly with a goal to go live in December
- Currently using PeopleHR, transferring to HiBob.
- Experience with HRIS, process improvements, streamlining, HR knowledge and background
- Help with - How can a system support an HR team in achieving its efficiency
- Experience with implementing HRIS would be amazing.
- New system: offboarding from peoplehr, data migration, implementing workflows in HiBob, documentation and paperwork is accurate, user testing
- Making suggestions on how to improve efficiencies with the new system
- General support to the HR BP
Due to the nature of the assignment, you will need to confident to hit the ground running
Experience of Implementing new HR systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
