Helpdesk temps
We are currently recruiting for a number of Helpdesk temps to start on the 11th August and work until the Middle of September.
Interview will be Monday 8th August
The role is Hybrid and is paying a £12.50 an hour.
WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is an established non-profit healthcare organisation.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Available to work from 11 August 2022 to 23 September 2022
Willing to work flexible hours - 11 August to 12 September 2022.
Onboarding times are typically between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-2pm on weekends.

- Hosting an online platform;-
- To be the first point pf contact for our client - Excellent customer service required
- Provide basic technical assistance to attendees- First line IT experience is helpful
- Monitor email inboxes, responding to queries and updating records
- Register delegates, speakers and guests and process payments and refunds.
- Moderate chat or act as room host in virtual platform
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Access, Outlook, Excel and web-based
