Our Client is seeking a Head of Information Technology to oversee the smooth running and security of all IT communications across the organisation, to manage and motivate a small team, advise and manage strategic planning and other IT related project work.

Our Client is an innovative and modern not for profit membership organisation located in the City of London.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within a fast-paced environment, motivating and directing a small team and overseeing the operation running of IT related services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Line Management of administrative support team.
- Management of budgets (annual expenditure and department) and strategic planning.
- Strategic planning of internal communication systems; advising on products, systems and technology, working closely across departments including alongside organisation DPO, conducting periodic audits and review of information, develop and maintain crisis management planning, planning and implementation of projects.
- Remain up to date on all research and development changes within IT.
- Contribute actively to the organisation website.
- Act as decision maker for strategic and operational issues and planning.
- Liaise regularly with external supplier and contractors.
- Supporting with all venue operations (technical support).
- Overseeing the staff system training.
- Have proven experience within a similar role.
- Relevant qualification within IT, IT Management or computer science.
- Experience of staff management.
- Experience with CRM systems and Windows systems, MS Office. implementation.
- Ability to maintain and create business support documents, project management tools, report and procedures.
- Creating and delivering training programmes for staff.
- Strong knowledge of relevant law and licensing within (EU and Government).
- Previous experience with business analysis and process improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ‘can-do’ approach.
- Be an exceptional and conceptual communicator both written and verbal.
The Head of Information Technology is a permanent position; paying £48,289pa (salary is dependent on experience) plus great benefits.
