We are looking for a temporary Finance Executive to join for 2 to 3 months until they recruit for a permanent member of staff.
They will consider somebody on a part time basis as well as full time. This would suit somebody who is starting their career in finance with a related degree
Duties to include
- Creating sales invoice
- Processing purchase invoices
- Data input
- Working with Excel
- Assisting with office admin tasks such as post
- Answering phones
About you
- A finance or accounting related degree
- Some basis office admin skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be willing to get involved in admin tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to start immediately and committ ongoing for about 2-3 months
This is a fully office based role in central London. OFfice hours are 9am - 5pm,, Monday to Friday. They will consider candidates who want to work three days a week as well as those who want a full time role
