We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to work full time, on a temp to contract. Located remotely, this role is paying a competitive £30,141 per annum.

Our client is a film and Television charitable organisation which promotes and preserves filmmaking and television in the United Kingdom.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Executive Assistant to the CEO
- To support the CEO, including internal and external diary management, file management and dealing with general enquiries.
- To schedule meetings, both internal and external; greet guests, cater where appropriate and manage the setting up, and running of virtual Zoom calls.
- To prepare and distribute of all relevant meeting documentation, agendas and minutes in a timely manner.
- To proof read and edit documents and correspondence, as required.
- To arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries for the CEO as appropriate.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 3 years experience as an EA to a senior level leader
- Experience managing complex diaries, including travel
- Experience of preparing agendas and writing minutes for senior level executives
- Good networker, able to build relationships internally and externally
- Ability to work on own initiative and part of team
