Exam Invigilator – High Wycombe

We are recruiting for Exam Invigilator’s in the High Wycombe areaCurrently, we have 1 day of invigilation running on Wednesday 4th March 2020 from 16:30-20:30. Once registered for invigilation work, more work will become available in the future.

Who will you be working for
Our client is one of the UK’s largest music educational bodies providing world class music exams internationally to a large student base with the aim to strive for musical achievement.

What will you be doing
  • Assisting with setting up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers in accordance with the outlined procedures
  • Assisting candidates prior to the start of examinations by directing them to their seats and advising them about possessions permitted in examination venues
  • Offering advice and guidance to unregistered candidates without allocated seats
  • Ensuring that candidates do not talk once inside the examination venue
  • Invigilating during examinations, dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing with examination irregularities in accordance with strict procedures
  • Checking attendance during examinations
About you
  • Ability to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the establishment to ensure the exam runs correctly and effectively.
  • Personable and friendly attitude
  • Previous experience of working in Exam Invigilation is desirable but not essential

This is currently a 1 day booking but opportunities for more invigilation work will arise in the future. The current shift we are recruiting for is Wednesday 4th March, 16:30-20:30 paying £11 p/h.
