You will be experienced within a customer service in an e-commerce department but will be able to bring creative ideas to the team and get involved with marketing campaigns.
Duties include
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Working with internal applications and programmes.
- use of excel and Google sheets.
- Assisting customers with queries across a variety of channels including phone, email, online chat
- Have an outstanding knowledge of products
- Manage the CRM system
- Maintain department reports
- Assist with e-marketing campaigns
- Passionate about delivering first class customer service
- Previous experience of working within an commerce team and similar role.
- Analytical and numerical, competent with Excel
- Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms highly desired
- Basic Adobe skills
- Mailchimp experience
- Experience of using CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy essential.
