This a newly created role within an expanding e-commerce team. You will have both administrative and customer service expeirence but will be able to bring creative ideas to the team and get involved with marketing campaigns.

- Have an outstanding knowledge of products
- Manage the CRM system
- Maintain department reports
- Assist with e-marketing campaigns

- Previous experience of working within an e-commerce team
- Analytical and numerical, competent with Excel
- Understanding of Shopify
- Basic Adobe skills
- Mailchimp experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience of using CRM systems
