Our Client is a well-known and renowned charity which is centrally located.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within a fast-paced environment working towards processing donations, responding to general enquiries and assisting the team executive where required.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Processing donations received by the Charity including cash, debit/credit, standing orders, direct debits, postal, telephone and online
- Gift aid – scanning, checking and storage.
- Filing and record keeping.
- Accurately record correspondences.
- Continuously update internal systems and donor records.
- Respond to all incoming enquiries.
- Support the campaigns process, including support with proof reading, checking data and liaising with external agencies.
- Supporting with any other administrative task required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability and experiences with database or similar.
- Ability if requested to travel and if necessary, work at the weekend/evenings.
- Exceptional time management with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experiences within a similar role - highly desired.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be an exceptional and conceptual communicator both written and verbal.
The Donations Administrator is a permanent position; paying £28,524pa (salary is dependent on experience and inclusive of allowances) plus great benefits.
