We are looking for somebody to join on a temporary basis. The requirement is ongoing at this stage with potential to become permanent.
As a demand planner you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels. You will liaise with colleagues, retailers, sales teams, and finance.
You will be answering sales related calls from customers, communicate with shipping companies and provide data/support to a sales team
You will also file invoices issue credit notes and returns, liaise with finance teams about debtors, invoice queries and payments
The ideal person will be available to start immediately with the following attributes
- experience with SAP is essential
- experience in a customer focused administrative role
- exemplary organisation skills
- strong analytical skills
- ideally used to working within food/beverage production company
