My client is a global business with stunning office in central London, walking distance from bars, restaurants, shops and excellent transport links 

They are looking for an exceptional front of house professional who will be passionate about working in a recpetion role and provide a warm and friendly service to internal and external visitors.  They are a friendly and collaborative company with excellent working condidtions and benefits. 

Duties will include
  • working front of house, meeting and greeting external visitors to the building
  • you will also have days based on the internal reception desks looking after a suite of meeting rooms
  • answer incoming calls using the switchboard
  • take and log messages
  • facilitate room bookings and refreshments
  • assist with setting up AV and IT equipment
About you

  • previous experience in a reception role in a fast paced environment
  • knowledge and experience of a computerised switchboard
  • excellent MS office skills
  • familiarity with room booking systems and AV equipment
  • strong team player and collaborative worker
  • incredibly customer driven and passionate about first class service
  • positive and flexible approach
  • able to start ASAP
