The College is a private college seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join their vibrant academic community. You will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences and outcomes of our students, helping them achieve their full potential.
Note the working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm - Permanent or part-time (permanent teachers are full-time all-year-round teachers. Part-time teachers only work within term time.)

What will you be doing?
- Preparing and delivering engaging lessons: Craft stimulating and informative class activities to maximize student learning opportunities.
- Student assessment and feedback: Provide prompt, constructive feedback and involve students in setting and achieving their learning goals.
- Classroom management: Foster a positive learning environment, encourage good behaviour, and promote independence and perseverance among students.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and facilitate the smooth transfer of these records as needed.
- Professional development: Engage in ongoing professional growth and development opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the overall educational mission of The College.
- Participation in school events: Attend Parents' Evening, Open Evening, and other key events, for which extra pay will be provided.
- Educational background: Degree from a recognised university.
- Experience: Preferably with teaching experience at secondary and sixth form levels, familiar with the GCSE and A Level curriculum.
- Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, reflective, collaborative, innovative, and empathetic.
- Salary: Competitive salary range from £37K to £55K depending on experience.
