We are looking for an interim Administrative Assistant to work within the education department of a chairty  This is an interim role for about two months and will allow you to work on a hybrid basis. The office is based in Westminster, close to the central Goverment offices.
 
Temp admin support for a charity's education team. 
  
Duties:
  • Email management, managing inboxes and responding to queries
  • Database management
  • Support with finance processes
  • Calendar management
  • General admin tasks
  
Key requirements:
  • Ability to use outlook, Microsoft Teams, word, excel
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong team player, ready to support on a variety of tasks and happy having time split between two teams
  • Able to manage their workload fairly independently through the day (with regular check ins)
  • Able and willing to work remotely
  • PowerPoint skills would be beneficial 
  • Previous experience with databases or learning management systems would be advantageous
