Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant- for a 3 month Temporary Contract. 
£18.75-19 an hour 

Who will you be working for?
Our Client is an innovative healthcare organisation located in the heart of London.

What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Highly experienced PA or EA with experience of managing multiple senior leaders and thus diaries/commitments;
  • Someone who is willing and able to attend our offices in Holborn 3-4 days a week, sometimes more.
  • Strong diary and inbox management, minute taking and organisational skills;
  • Excellent customer service;
  • Someone is who willing and able to work as a team but also by themselves;
  • Excellent attention to diary;
  • General office management experience;
  • Experience within the Royal College or Medical or Charity sector (desirable)
