We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to start immediately on a 4 month temporary contract; still remote at this satge - but could change over the contract duration- The location is central London, Tower Hill - £12.50 an hour

Our client is an established non-profit Healthcare membership Body.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
To provide general administrative support to the Northern & Yorkshire and North-West Divisions Manager
- Support the Northern & Yorkshire and North-West Divisions Manager with the appropriate Executive Committee including preparation of minutes, agendas, follow up action and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for Divisional online and in-person events including attendance at them.
- Manage general maintenance to the Divisions’ web pages and assist with the management of the Divisions’ social media accounts.
- Maintain and administer finances including processing all payments and invoices for the Divisions.
- Proven experience of working in a support role with an ability to take initiative and prioritise own workload
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Access, Outlook, Excel and web-based software
