My clients is seeking an Office Manager with Accounts ; ASAP on a Temp-Perm basis; 9-5 Monday- Friday 34K
Who will you be working for?
A small Electrical Business in the heart of Hatton Gardens.
What you will be doing?
Accounts using Sage Line 50
- Post supplier invoices and monthly reconciliation. Update excel report for Director to process payments.
- Raise sales invoices based on valuations supplied by Contract Managers. Credit control
- Monthly VAT returns incorporating new reverse vat charge for most of our customers
- Monthly CIS Returns for Sub Contractors
- Weekly process timesheets for sub contractors
- Petty cash
- Post credit card statements
- Sub Contractors to pay
- Aged Debtors
- Payee List
- Project creditors
- Office creditors
- Project Cost Analysis
- Management Report
- Answer phones, take messages
- IT Support
- Printer Support & consumables
- Recycling & cleaning
- Water cooler
- Stationery orders
- O2 mobile phone account
Keep the shared server drive up to date with latest project drawings and documentation
The ideal candidate must have accounts experience; ideally using Sage and be confidant with VAT returns.
We are seeking a helpful and extremely well organised individual with exceptional attention to detail, with an ability and willingness to manage a fast pace workload. You will be a fast learner who take pride in their work, a good communicator, be well presented, self motivated and with a calm confidence.
