Transformation strategy

Training requires clarity of purpose. What are your goals? Are the skills and resources there to achieve them? What are the gaps between what’s needed and the present reality?

When working in partnership with corporate clients, we apply a five-step model:

  1. Analysis
    We work with you to define the training input and the targeted outcome. Where appropriate we send questionnaires to attendees, and use learning style exercises to identify the preferred learning styles of participants.
  2. Design
    We create a course tailored to deliver the agreed training and required results. We meet with you beforehand to go through our course design with you and ensure understanding and approval.
  3. Delivery
    We deliver the training, ensuring impact and maximum participation via a range of techniques. Learning goals agreed at the start of the session are evaluated at its end, with personal action plans put in place for attendees to take away.
  4. Follow-up
    We hold one-to-one and/or group sessions following up on personal action plans.
  5. Evaluation
    The opportunity for you and our trainer/s to assess overall outcomes against goals, share feedback and discuss any required future action.
