We are proud to have been selected to work with DWP (Department of Work and Pensions) to train and help people back into work. It is immensely satisfying work and we feel privileged to be part
of it.

Within the last year we have become one of London's leading suppliers of training in professional job search skills.

Large scale contracts wih DWP require suppliers to undergo independent audit. We are proud to be fully accredited in this way.

Working with Job Centre Plus advisers across London we continue to develop targeted courses, and are at the forefront of follow-up initiatives to ensure training benefits are maximised.

Jobsearch Skills for Professionals

This is a key Government initiative launched in the earliest days of the recession, to train recently unemployed professionals in the skills needed to find a job - from CVs to cover letters, interview skills and so much more.

Its goals provide a perfect match with our best-selling Career Doctor modules, and put us in a strong position to provide tried, tested professional training.

"I learned more from you in an afternoon than in three months on a £5,000 outplacement course", wrote one person after experiencing our training.

From a standing start in March 2009 Gordon Yates has become one of London's leading providers, with a positive feedback rating of over 93% and consistent success stories from people helped back into work.

All our trainers are highly skilled and experienced, with the ability to communicate and bring a topic alive as well as having a strong command of their material. We never sub-contract, all our trainers work full time for Gordon Yates.

Training is delivered in groups of up to twelve people, either on-site at job centres or in our custom-built training suite here at our Argyll Street offices.

Many people find a job quickly after going through our training. For those whose job search takes longer, we are at the forefront of follow-up support and offer free software training alongside helpline and coaching support.
