Open workshops

Our open workshops are run in small groups in our training suite near Oxford Circus, W1. Most run for just four hours, providing a unique combination of high impact, focused, interactive training in a time-friendly and cost-effective format.

One-to-one support

Sometimes, personal transformation involves more focused individual strategies. We provide one-to-one support in:

• Psychometric profiling - scientific methodology to assess aptitude and personality, comparing an individual's profile against that of a wider norm group. This can be used as a powerful development tool, identifying personality and aptitude strengths.
  
  Price - from £200 per profile
• Executive coaching - has seen enormous growth in recent years, initially by executives at the highest level but these days increasingly by successful people throughout organisations. Executive coaching facilitates self-development, helping to clarify personal goals in the context of business life, thereby empowering sustainable higher performance.
  
  Price - £225 per session, typically a course comprises at least 6 sessions
