JOANNA TOMAZOU
Jo is Joint Managing Director of Gordon Yates with a long record both as a brilliant recruiter and an inspirational trainer. Under her guidance Gordon Yates adopted the Investors in People model for strategic management and people development, and is now one of an elite handful of UK companies with unbroken IIP recognition since 1997. A long-experienced and qualified business trainer, always passionate about personal growth, in 2006 Jo undertook the arduous Executive Coaching course sponsored by the University of Strathclyde and after qualification quickly became a sought-after executive coach to CEOs and senior personnel from a wide range of organisations. In 2008 she launched Gordon Yates’ training division and under her continuing leadership has built it into a business phenomenon with sales of over £700,000 and a still growing portfolio of corporate clients.

DOUG WILLIAMS
Doug began his career in the property sector before moving into executive and management training. In 2002 he led development of new training initiatives for a major public sector organisation. Subsequently he spearheaded the four-year roll-out of a major leadership and management training programme for 450 key staff at Land Registry. Since joining Gordon Yates in 2010 Doug has built a strong reputation as an empathetic and effective trainer, whether delivering management skills to senior executives or coaching students in personal development. Doug is a certified consultant with the Institute of Leadership & Management and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, holding the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice qualification.

CAROLINE MADDEN
Caroline’s initial experience was in the retail sector, spending over 10 years’ in customer relations, training and staff development. During this period she was part of a management team that launched the Home Store initiative for Next PLC. She moved to Gordon Yates four years ago, in 2007, marketing and delivering HR support to corporate clients. Caroline has a unique ability to bring her many years of business experience to bear as a trainer and, two years ago, was recruited by Gordon Yates’s training division. Since then she has become a key member of the team and developed a prominent following among a wide range of private and public organisations, delivering high impact training to teams and individuals as well as spearheading Gordon Yates’s outplacement services.
