Hi Claire

Thanks so much for all your help on this - I've registered with a lot of agencies but after they put me forward for the first role that I apply for, I never hear from them again. To have regular contact and your support in putting me forward for vacancies really is a breath of fresh air.

I'll give you a call tomorrow after the interview.

Thanks

Hi Claire,

Paul has sorted out all my holiday payments and P45 etc. Just wanted to say thanks for being the only agency that got me work back in February, you have helped me get to the position I am in today- and I really appreciate it!

I'll give you a call tomorrow after the interview.

The temp who is working with me at the moment has been at the college since early March is coming in to register with you this afternoon.

Kind regards

Hi Simon

I have actually got a full time job, which happened 2 weeks after the Gordon Yates training course. I'm now in full time employment and enjoying it. I believe without this course I wouldn't have landed this job, so thanks.

Hi Rachael

I really want to thank you for the brilliant session this morning - you were stunning.

I shuffled in thinking it would be just another chore in the wilderness of unemployment, but no! You have given me a Damascene experience. Apart from the content, which was excellent, you have a thoroughly engaging presentational style, Rachael. Thank you.

May I also request copies of sheets 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24 & 25?

Thank you so much

Dear Cara,

I just wanted to thank you for your workshop this morning. It has given me new hope and drive when I was beginning to lose both. I'll send you a copy of my reworked CV to look at when I've done it, but thank you for some incredibly enlightening suggestions.

All the best,

Hello Caroline

Thank you for allowing me to attend your Jobsearch training workshop on Friday 26th February.

Although I was only present for a couple of hours, I was impressed with the way that Rachel delivered the first session. There were attendees with a variety of job skills, and she was able to get the group to actively participate and interact in group discussions. Even I was encouraged to take part!

The course materials and handouts were very appropriate to the topic being covered.

Rachel also introduced the concept of Work Trials which, at the moment, is one of the Government’s key priorities for getting the unemployed back to work.

Thank you once again for the opportunity to observe what is covered at your workshop. I will add Gordon Yates to the list of providers at my group sessions. Kind Regards

Good morning Cara,

Many thanks for the loyalty bonus – it is very much appreciated!

As you know my last day at (XXX) is next Friday the 29th of January, 2010. I am very sad to leave as have had a wonderful experience here and have learnt a lot. I am going to Sydney for 6 weeks then returning to London at the end of March to stay until the end of the European summer.

Thank you so much for all your support and help – the Gordon Yates team has always been extremely helpful and I am very grateful.

Hi Claire

Thank you for your e-mail - hope you too had a lovely xmas! Fortunately I am now working in a permanent position in the city. Therefore please take me off your database, if things don't work out I will definitely come back to you.

I would like to thank you Claire for you help and most of all your positivity - you have no idea how much of a boost that was at such a depressing time. So many agencies really are very poor and quite frankly add to the problem, you were a breath of fresh air.

Take care, kindest regards

Hello Sarah

I am just writing an e-mail to say thank you for all your efforts over the last year in finding me work in London. Although, I was only in the UK for a year, the last assignment was brilliant. I was pleased with Gordon Yates's approach, as well as your personal professionalism and enthusiasm. Please pass on my gratitude to Paul Grace as well who helped me understand the 'confusing aspects' of UK's tax system. Once again many thanks Sarah, have a great Christmas, and who knows you may be dealing with me if I choose to move back to London!

Oh I do love you! Lovely [temp party yesterday] evening Sarah, really really good to see you, and finally meet new shiny non-smoking Paul. And I’m still convinced you’ve had some work done since I last saw you!!! – you really did look amazing, at least 15years younger than how I remembered you. What’s all that about? Anyway, can I have some of whatever it is you’re taking?!!

Gordon Yates is the bestest agency out there. Fact. And you’re terrific!

Lots of love, and hope there’s not too many peanuts to hoover up this morning.

Thanks for sending that through Richard, some interesting points and I look forward to the full report.

I did want to say that I’ve had to deal on a number of occasions with Sarah Mustafa, Claire Pickerill and Lucy Wilson this year. Each time they’ve made bringing in new employees (both temp and perm) an easy process, and been able to give us candidates that meet our criteria. I’m sure this year has been busy for you as a company with a large number of people trying to find new jobs, but I’ve never felt constantly hounded to find positions. Other agencies have contacted me too much which puts me off using them in future, however your team pitches it just right.

I’ve said thanks to them already but thought you should know they are a credit to your organisation.

Dear Heather

Thank you so much for your energetic, entertaining, very encouraging and helpful training session this afternoon.

I would never have known that this service was available to me through Government funding had I not asked the Job Centre personnel, who I met for the first time last Thursday.

You have given me a clear sense of where I am falling short, and why, but at the same time helped me see that I am at least on the right tracks, in principle. So, now that you have successfully re-kindled my enthusiasm for re-entering the work world through the market place that is out there, it is now down to me to make the necessary improvements.

Many thanks once again and I will keep you posted.

Best Regards

Hi Heather

Just wanted to say thank you for your brilliant interview training a week ago. I went for an interview on Wed for Operations Director at (-------) and got the job! So it was a very worthwhile investment coming to see you, I can't thank you enough for your advice and general confidence boosting.

Thanks again and I will recommend your services

Dear Heather

I came to Gordon Yates for a CV & interview training session in September. I had been out of work for three months before coming to Gordon Yates and as is often the case was finding the job search very demoralising. Following my morning's session with you however, I felt encouraged to attack the jobs market with a new lease of life.

I took the advice you gave and not only adjusted my CV, but began writing individual, personalised covering letters along with my applications. I followed these up with phone calls as suggested and was invited to interview a week later. At the interview itself, I again put to use the techniques covered in the session with you and was offered the job where I am now employed.

I feel that you are providing an invaluable service, giving practical and effective advice to jobseekers. I wanted to feedback to you the positive results I had as a result of attending the session. Thank you for the advice.

Best wishes
