Dear Claire,
Just wanted to say thank you again to yourself and Sarah for working with me so closely and getting me both the temporary placement, and the permanent job. I've been signed up to a number of agencies and you were the best by a mile - in terms of keeping in contact, putting me forward for jobs, generally keeping really upbeat and helping me to stay positive during a really tough time. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't been recommended to you - I'd probably still be looking helplessly! So, MASSIVE THANKS!
I'll definitely be recommending friends to Gordon Yates in the future (as well as using you myself when looking for future employment) - it's a tough and lonely experience being on the job hunt, and most agencies don't even bother following up the initial meeting, so it really is amazing to find an agency who are as good as you are!
Thanks again, and hope GY continues to thrive in the future!
Best Wishes,
Philippa Smith

Dear Richard and Joanna,
I am a current candidate of Gordon Yates and I wanted to send an appraisal for one of your employees (Claire Pickerill). She has been fantastic, thorough, sincere and great to work with. She has provided me with an excellent opportunity to work for a great firm and I wish her all the best. Credit where it is due, she is an asset to your company.
Many Thanks

Dear Sarah and Paul
Well, here it is my lovelies, my very last timesheet!
Thank you both SO much for looking after me, and being simply the best agency out there, bar NONE!
So sorry that I won’t be able to make it up tonight again Sarah, but looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks around Charing X for a drinky, when the dust has settled!
You’re both wonderful people, and I shall really miss our contact.
Love and best wishes to you.

Hi Caroline/ Doug,
Thank you for all the assistance Gordon Yates have provided me during my job search.
In the last month I have cleared a series of interview sessions in 2 global companies ranging from technical test to competency tests. I now have been selected in both the companies and have decided to join one of them.
I especially appreciated Doug's efforts in providing quality training and building strategies for job interviews, developing communication skills etc. Your assistance has been invaluable to me during this process.
Again, thank you so much Doug. I sincerely appreciate your generosity.
Best Regards,

Hi Doug
Thank you ever so much for today, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, and believe it will be of great benefit to me.
I have dealt with many a trainer in my professional career and must say, out of all, you have a very easily understood and exact way of getting through to people, and giving them a pure understanding of how to get the job done.
Once again thank you for your time, and input.
Kind Regards

Hi Doug
Hope all is well with you, I thought I would just give you a quick update. After changing my CV and cover letter, I have sent it back out to a company I originally approached 4 months ago and had no reply, this time however they have got back to me and I have an interview next Thursday, I would once again like to thank you for your advice and help. I would not have got this interview without you. I will keep you updated.
Thanks

Dear Claire,
Thank you so much! It was good timing today that I was able to contact you right away!
I'm looking forward to the experience and trying not to get to excited in the meantime.
I didn't get an occasion over the weekend to do so but I must say that I was really impressed with your Agency. I usually observe a company firstly by their receptionist and then by whom ever may interview me at the time. I thought that you were both genuinely happy at work!
I read your leaflets and I truly believe that Gordon Yates try their very best to live by their Mission statement - being candidate & client conscious! I was happy that you mentioned that you would consider where and when possible, to arrange an interview that would work out well for the candidate also (meaning out of hours). This also really impressed me!
Take care and have a lovely evening!!!
Kind regards,
Jayne Alleyne

- Subject: Back to work
Hi Doug,
I attended a session with you on 22-09-2010 and advised you that I had been out of work for over a year. I had been working for my last employer for 13 years and the company was re locating to Liverpool. I was working in the back office and once being notified of my redundancy date I emailed various brokers who had offices in the London area. Low and behold I received a telephone call from one of them and attended an interview on 26 October 2010 and on 27 October 2010 I was offered the job and started 28 October 2010.
I would like to thank your for the “breathing exercise” you mentioned which helped me relax throughout the interview. Your course was exceptionally helpful, thank you for everything.
With kind regards
Chris Smith
