Hi everyone,
I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you all again for taking the time and the effort to help me find work. The information you all gave me was invaluable and you all made me feel very welcome and important. My day with you guys was much more worthy than what I expected it to be going on the information I was given by the job centre.
Thank you Claire for my new and improved CV. It's amazing how much better it looks, little touches like perfume and good quality paper I'll be getting interviews on just the CV alone! Here's hoping anyway!
Thank you to Sarah as well just for building my confidence up and giving me so many handy tips to try and overcome my babbling when I am in an interview. You also gave me advice that is the best a girl can hear, that she needs to go and get new shoes and clothes (just for job purposes, of course!) so I shall look my best and sound my best and not care what anyone else is doing because I'll be the one to get the job.
You all have given me so much positivity and every one of you helped me so much I am extremely grateful for everything you all did.
My very best wishes and kindest regards,
Amy Clarke

Dear Joanna
It was a real pleasure to meet you yesterday. The counselling session has been very useful. I am taking all your precious advice into consideration to produce an outstanding CV and Covering Letter.
I would like to thank you again for delivering to me more than a payable service.
It was a heart to heart session that brought up my confidence which has been quite low because of certain experiences.
Thank you very much for you support.
Kind regards

Hi Lucy,
Thank you! I am really, really happy! :)
Simon asked me yesterday evening, of course I said yes right away! I am really happy. I am really pleased and surprised that they took me on so quickly!
Thank you so much for all your support, please also thank Cara too. I am so pleased that you put me forward for this job and that it has all worked out so well. I really had my confidence knocked when I was made redundant and with the credit crunch and all the bad news in the papers I thought finding a new job would be a horrible struggle. You and Cara have been fabulous!
I don’t see this as goodbye as I will always use Gordon Yates for temps and any further recruitment, so I am sure we will talk again soon.
Yipee! I really am over the moon.

Hi Claire
Just a brief e-mail to thank you for your time today.
I felt very comfortable coming to the office and talking to you - unlike at some agencies where you are made to feel you are on an applicant conveyor belt! Thank you.

Hi Mairead,
I hope you are well. Apologies for not being in contact sooner. I did receive your message on Thursday but got so caught up in things that it slipped my mind.
My time here at (- - -) has been fun, and extremely busy which is just how I like it!
In fact my overall experience with Gordon Yates has been so enjoyable that I have 2 friends who would also like to register with you. Shall I give them your email address or direct them to the website?
Kindest regards

Hello Heather
How are you? I hope this finds you well and good?
Having recently passed the three month probation period I wanted to drop you a line. My appraisal was very positive to which they also increased my salary to £XX,XXX. Very happy.
Many thanks for all your effort and faith to find me the right role. My time here so far has been great! I'm enjoying the variation of the role and feel that I'm developing. Fiona and I work closely; however she is more than happy to leave things to my judgement and control which is what I was really looking for.
I'm really happy here and am hopeful that I will have other opportunities to work in other parts of the business in the future.
Thank you again Heather. Could you kindly pass on my thanks to Claire also please as I do not have her email address.

Hi Sarah,
Great to hear from you - was just waiting to sign on the dotted line before I confirmed it - contract is winging it's way to my house today apparently.
Yes - very pleased - it's a 6-month contract at £XXK, so not too shabby. Quite a tricky job though, lots of responsibility/pressure... but it'll keep me on my toes.
So, thanks so much for being such a fantastic agency to deal with! not sure if it makes much difference but I've talked you up (deservedly so) to the HR Manager here and said what a great crowd you've been to deal with, particularly in comparison to other london agencies, and she said she was very pleased to hear it. And if you ever need a testimonial please do contact me.
Hopefully I won't be in touch job-hunting soon, but obviously you'll be my first point of call in future should anything change.
My very best regards,
Andy Boase

Hi Sarah,
Just got your message. I was going to send you an email once I got home but I have some free time right now – I wanted to thank you again for getting me this job, it has been such a great experience. My line manager offered me part time work in between my studies but I think I'll be a bit too busy for that. In the event that I do have some spare time however I would love to take her up on the offer and of course if I do so I will let you know immediately (and give you plenty of warning).
Thank you again for everything and I'll miss Paul's emails (please let him know that I'm a huge fan)
Enjoy your long weekend

- Subject: New Temp Recommendation
Hello Sarah,
Hope you are well. I worked with Gordon Yates from Nov last year to Jan this year when I left to take up a full time PA position.
I am writing to let you know about my friend Anna who is seeking employment. Anna has reception, PA and a host of other skills. She is friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have given her your number and email address so she may contact you regarding work.
My experience at Gordon Yates was nothing but pleasurable and satisfying and the staff were great to work with. Therefore, it is with pleasure and ease that I recommend Gordon Yates to my friend.
All the best and kind regards,
Amal Soliman
